What information do I need to submit a quote?

All you need to provide is…

  • Some basic contact information (Name, email, job site address, etc.)
  • Start and end dates if known
  • Approximate linear footage of area
  • Rental time length

If we know the linear footage, duration, and location, we can give an accurate quote. If you still think it would be best for one of our staff to make a site visit, call or email us to schedule an appointment.

Deliveries usually take place Monday – Friday, 7 am – 3 pm. If you require delivery outside of those days and times, please let our staff know.

Of course! PROFENCE offers comprehensive set up and take down service.

Nope. You can rent one panel, or 300. For as long as you want. We provide flexibility to meet your exact needs.

Per OSHA regulations, 6′ high panels are the standard; thus at this time we only offer 12 ft x 6 ft panels.

At this time we do not sell fence panels or any related materials.

Damaged and missing material will be noted during pick up and billed accordingly. Damaged panels and stands are rarely repairable. Exact costs are outlined in our rental agreement.

Either you or an authorized representative of your organization. We require a customer signature to confirm that the necessary materials and equipment are as you requested. We do this so that there are no discrepancies during or at the end of the project. It also ensures that everything is set up to your exact specifications.

Yes we do. We have both 12-foot sections for gates, as well as 50′ rolls. Installed to your specifications.

It depends on your insurance provider. Theft and or damage to fence panels may or may not be covered by your insurance. The cost of a damaged panel and stands are noted in our rental agreement.

No, at this time we do not. However, we may rent portable toilets in the future.
